It all started over the covid years when we decided that as we get older we should be more refined and creative with what we drink and beer and wine were getting too filling. What became of that was a 2-year journey of collecting books, spirits, modifiers, vermouths, fortified wines, syrups, bitters (too many Jean will say...) and every bar tool known to man to get us to this little home bar and lounge we have begun to call The Dead Pheasant. But how did we come up with the name "The Dead Pheasant"? You will just have to stop by and hear the story behind the name!
